What age do you have to be to join the Mens Shed ?
You need to be the minimum Legal age of 18 as there are documents to sign regarding  safety operations in a workshop environment otherwise there is no upper age limit.
Can I work on my own projects ?
Yes most certainly you are encouraged to do so. The Shed derives its income from producing and repairing goods for the general public so from time to time you may be asked to contribute your time to work on projects.
Do I need any special skills to join?
No , whatever practical skills you have learned in life will do.
How much does it cost to join?
Currently ( September 2022 ) membership fees are $80 per year or part there of depending apon what time of the year you join. In addition there is a one of induction fee of $20
This covers accident insurance and also contributes towards the Sheds running costs.
